Do I need to know my exact birth time?+
Approximate is fine. If you have only the hour, we work with what you have and note that some house-based predictions carry more uncertainty. Send whatever your parents remember.
I was born abroad — is that a problem?+
Not at all. As long as we know your place of birth (city + country) and the time, Anitaa builds an accurate chart. Vedic astrology is location-agnostic once the chart is calculated.
Can I book for a family member back in India?+
Yes — this is one of the most common NRI requests. Book in your name, but on the wizard's "Birth details" step, enter the person you want the reading for. Anitaa will call them at the agreed slot.
What if the session times don't work for me?+
IST 11 AM–10 PM covers early morning through evening for most zones. If you're in a very inconvenient time zone (e.g. West Coast US), message on WhatsApp and we'll find a slot — Anitaa often accommodates NRI clients at extended hours.
How do I pay from outside India?+
When your booking page loads, the site detects you're outside India and shows USD prices with PayPal checkout. Cards + Apple/Google Pay all accepted through PayPal.
Is my birth chart secure?+
Yes. Your details are stored encrypted, used only for your reading, and never shared. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
